Dinner for Community Care Network – Saturday 7th of September 2019
As-salāmu ʿalaykum respected community members – request for you to please dig deep for this cause,
Victoria has over 24,000 homeless people with many sleeping rough. Community Care Network is an initiative led by young muslims to provide food and clothing to the homeless. The organisation has been running for over 5 years and needs your support for this great work to continue.
Youth from UMMA Centre also volunteer for CCN and would like other youth to be part of this cause. UMMA is supporting CCN’s fundraiser dinner, and we urge the community to come and join us for this purpose on Saturday 7 September 2019.
This is a great opportunity to show love and mercy towards the needy.
Come and join us for a chill night, 3 course meal and not too many speeches ! You can also buy a non-attendee ticket:
